Steph has spent the last few years researching and studying her own health conditions and adopting a holistic lifestyle approach to their management.

What Steph says; "We are increasingly living in a society where stress and chronic illness are considered the norm and I feel particularly passionate about introducing meditation to complete beginners who might not be aware of its therapeutic benefits.
I love living here on the island and you will most often find me in the sea!"
Steph runs a 6-week beginners guide to meditation. For more information on dates and bookings please email Steph at: sjw47@icloud.com
