Name, address, date of birth, email address, registered general practitioner, and relevant health and medical information.

Legal information

Island Holistic Healthcare is committed to providing safe and effective care in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s (NMC) code of professional conduct. In order to access our services, you must be registered with a general practitioner in the United Kingdom. Island Holistic Healthcare does not cover seeing children under 18 years of age, dealing with obstetrics, meningitis, prescribing or aesthetics.

Payment & cancellation policy

Payments are to be made on the day of your appointment either by card, BACS payment or cash.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. For appointments cancelled without 24 hours’ notice, a 50% payment of your appointment cost is required, except in exceptional circumstances.
